The brand Ilsa started with a Napoletana drip-over coffee maker. By the 1970s, the company expanded into the steel utensils wholesale market and began its conquest. Some of Ilsa's products have proven to be truly timeless: for example, the Dietella series of cast-iron grill pans has been produced for decades and is still a best-seller.
Ilsa collaborates with various companies, from knife manufacturers to malamine tableware producers. These collaborations yield exquisite fruits: Ilsa sells professional chef knives developed and produced together with Pirge (a top-of-the-line knife maker) and is the exclusive distributor of Efay melamine tableware and buffet products and Garcima Valencian paellere.
Despite multiple decades of leading the market, Ilsa keeps investing in innovation and expanding into new areas. In 2019, the company acquired the brand Le Coq Porcelaine and started supplying premium porcelain dinnerware to Ho.Re.Ca. businesses worldwide.
