Hibino | GRHS

Hibino’s Mino ware is born from the exceptional skill and passion of our craftsmen.
The beauty, texture, and presence of the dishes can transform the atmosphere of the table. As a partner that enhances the allure of the cuisine to its fullest, it supports the creativity of the chefs, making its presence felt in every scene and providing an experience that deeply resonates with the guests’ hearts.

Founded in 1919, Hibino Ceramics is based in the Mino ware region of Gifu Prefecture and specializes in commercial tableware. Supplying restaurants in Japan and abroad, the company’s HIBINO JAPAN brand offers high-quality designs used in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels.

The History of Mino Ware
With over 1,300 years of history, Mino ware originated in the 3rd century and flourished during the Azuchi-Momoyama period with styles like Shino and Oribe. Today, the Tono region produces about half of Japan’s ceramics.

Aim to Be the Next One
